Current plum members may upgrade to plum PLUS for an annual 12-month membership fee. Your existing plum points will be carried over. If you decide not to renew at the end of the 12-month term, you will be automatically transferred back to the no-fee plum card and retain all plum points you have collected.

Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared. Government issued photo ID may be requested when making purchases or redeeming points.

You can purchase your renewal online or in store.

Renew up to 60 days prior to the expiry date of your membership to ensure that your member benefits remain active. If you choose to renew early, your 1 year renewal will begin after your current expiry date and will not shorten the length of your current membership.

To renew online, log in to Indigo.ca and go the plum rewards page from your profile or the menu at the top of the page.

To renew in store, visit one of our locations.

You can redeem your plum points for eligible purchases in store, online or through the Indigo mobile app. When redeeming plum points in store, members must present their plum Card, and will be asked to show a government issued photo for identification.
