Canada Post has resolved their labour dispute. They have advised Indigo that they have a backlog of at least 3 weeks. As a result Indigo has decided to continue to limit service via Canada Post for the next week as we hear of progress and further information to reinstate our confidence in promising our customers an estimated delivery date. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Why can’t I place an order to my address using a different carrier?
We apologize that your address is affected. Due to the Canada Post strike, we are limited by available service options in your region and cannot currently ship to your address. We regret any inconvenience this causes and hope that a pick-up in store option may serve as an alternative. We will resume service to your address as soon as the strike ends and Canada Post accepts new deliveries. This disruption affects specific addresses and regions that our Supply Chain team has identified as safely and securely serviceable only by Canada Post. We carefully considered all options before making this decision.
My orders usually arrive with Canada Post. I just placed one and am concerned it might not arrive due to the strike. What are your plans for delivery?
If you place an order and do not receive a message indicating that delivery is impacted by the Canada Post strike, your order will be delivered via an alternative carrier. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes with these alternate carriers, so be sure to use a non-P.O. box address when placing your order. If your order has already shipped with Canada Post and was not delivered before the strike began, please contact Customer Service.
I need to mail something back—how can I do that during the strike?
Please return your item in store, or print your return label now and wait until the strike is over to drop it off with Canada Post.
