(1) The “Indigo plum Exclusive Subscribers Monthly Giveaway 2026” (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Indigo Books & Music Inc. (“Indigo”).

PRIZE DESCRIPTION



(2) There are nine (9) prizes available to be won during the Contest Period. Each Contest Month, one (1) of each of the following prizes will be available.

(2a) First Prize: One (1) prize of 100,000 plum points.

(2b) Second Prize: One (1) prize of 55,000 plum points.

(2c) Third Prize: One (1) prize of 20,000 plum points.

CONTEST PERIOD



(3) The Contest begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). The Contest Period consists of three (3) separate contest months (each a “Contest Month”).

ELIGIBILITY



(4) The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who, at the time of entry:

(4a) have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence;

(4b) are opted in to receive emails from Indigo, or have opted in on or before the applicable draw date; and

(4c) are active members of the plum or plum PLUS rewards program.

(5) plum memberships are free. To join, visit www.indigo.ca/plum and follow the registration instructions, or visit an Indigo, Chapters, Coles, or IndigoSpirit store and request assistance from store staff. By registering, members agree to comply with the plum terms and conditions.

(6) Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies of Indigo (the “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse (including common-law), parents, children, and siblings.

HOW TO ENTER



(7) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There is one (1) method of entry.

(7a) Subscribe to Emails. Eligible plum or plum PLUS members may enter by subscribing to Indigo emails by either:

(7a.i) visiting www.indigo.ca, logging in, accessing the account centre, selecting email preferences, selecting “YES,” and verifying their email address; or

(7a.ii) visiting an Indigo, Chapters, Coles, or IndigoSpirit store and requesting assistance from store staff to join the email list.

(7b) Selecting “YES” to email subscription together with an active plum membership constitutes one (1) Entry.

(7c) Eligible members who are already subscribed prior to the Contest Period will be automatically entered.

(7d) Entrants will be automatically entered for each Contest Month.

(8) By entering, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

ENTRY LIMITATION AND VERIFICATION



(9) Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of the number of email addresses or plum accounts held. Multiple Entries will result in disqualification.

(10) Indigo is not responsible for late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries.

(11) In the event of a dispute regarding identity, the authorized account holder of the email address used for entry will be deemed the entrant.

(12) Entries may be verified at any time and may be disqualified if found to be incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, automated, or non-compliant with these Official Rules.

(13) Indigo’s system time will be the official timekeeper for the Contest.

PRIZE CONDITIONS



(14) Winners are responsible for any expenses exceeding the stated Prize value.

(15) Limit one (1) Prize per person during the Contest Period. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Indigo may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

(16) Prizes may only be redeemed by eligible Winners.

WINNER SELECTION

(17) On each Draw Date at 12:00 p.m. ET, a random draw will be conducted at Indigo’s head office to select three (3) potential winners for the applicable Contest Month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

(18) Selected Entrants will be notified by email on the applicable Draw Date.

(19) To be declared a Winner, a Selected Entrant must, within five (5) business days:

(19a) sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release; and

(19b) correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question without assistance.

(20) Failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. Alternate draws will be conducted if necessary.

(21) Confirmed Winners will receive instructions on how to redeem their Prize.

(22) Prizes not accepted or collected will be forfeited.

CONDUCT



(23) Indigo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for rule violations, tampering, disruptive behavior, or conduct that undermines the Contest.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



(24) Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected Entries.

(25) In the event of discrepancies between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail.

(26) Promotion Entities are not responsible for technical failures, system errors, internet issues, or notification failures.

(27) Indigo is not responsible for events beyond its control that prevent prize fulfillment.

(28) No more Prizes will be awarded than stated.

(29) Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

PERSONAL INFORMATION



(30) Personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Indigo’s privacy policy available at www.indigo.ca/en-ca/legal/privacy-policy.

(31) Quebec residents consent to the transfer of personal information outside Quebec.

(32) Contest-related communications may be sent by email. Marketing emails require explicit consent.

GENERAL



(33) The Contest is subject to all applicable Canadian laws and regulations and is governed by Ontario law.

(34) Indigo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time.

(35) All Entries become the property of Indigo.

(36) Winners’ first name and last initial may be publicly posted.

(37) All intellectual property remains the property of Indigo or its licensors.
