How do I redeem this offer?
plum PLUS members can visit us in store between Friday, November 15th and Sunday, November 17th and once the everyday plum PLUS 10% savings is applied, an additional 10% will be discounted from regular priced items*.
How does the promotion work?
During the promotion, plum PLUS members will receive their everyday 10% plum PLUS discount plus an additional 10% off the remaining amount. This promotion only applies to regular priced items, excluding Jellycat and Kobo.
Will I still get the everyday plum PLUS 10% discount on sale items?
Yes, plum PLUS members will continue to receive their everyday plum PLUS 10% discount on eligible sale items. Sales items will not receive the additional 10% discount.
Standard plum PLUS exclusions continue to apply to the everyday plum PLUS 10% discount.
Do I need to be a plum PLUS member to shop the promotion?
Yes, the promotion is only available to plum PLUS members. Sign up now to become a member for $39 a year.
Can I join plum PLUS during the promotion?
Yes, customers can purchase a plum PLUS membership during the promotion. Memberships are available in-store and online.
What if I don’t live near a store or cannot get to a store during the promotion? Do I get the discount if I buy online and pick up in store?
At this time, the promotion is only available in-store.
Are any items excluded from the promotion?
The following items are excluded from the promotion: sale and clearance items, Kobo, Jellycat, gift cards, plum PLUS memberships and renewals.
During the promotion, plum PLUS members will save 20% on LEGO® and Fujifilm.
Does it apply to pre-orders?
No, the promotion only applies to items that are in stock and available for purchase in store. plum PLUS members will continue to receive their everyday 10% plum PLUS discount on pre-orders.
Does it apply to Buy One, Get One offers?
No, the promotion does not apply to Buy One, Get One offers. plum PLUS members will continue to receive their everyday 10% plum PLUS discount on Buy One, Get One offers.
Can the promotion be used on multiple purchases or is it one-time use only?
plum PLUS members can shop the promotion as many times as they like between Friday, November 15th and Sunday, November 17th!
Can I redeem my plum points during the promotion?
Yes, plum PLUS members can redeem their plum points during the promotion.
Do I get a free fur throw when I spend over $150 during the promotion?
Yes, when a plum PLUS member spends $150 or more** before taxes and after any applicable discounts, they will be eligible to receive a free throw.
